Construction PROGRESS Control

OVERVIEW

3D laser scanning is the process of data collection. And if this data collection is organized in regular repetitive manner, for instance – once per a week, it can be used as a base for almost any construction work progress control.

After only a few scans collected data allows to compilate reports of how much concrete poured, which structures are in place and what are pending.

Our collected data bundles are providing remote site access, allowing to save on site travel required and speed-up your project progress.

All this available in historical time-lapse manner, so it is possible to track every site development phase. Based on this data complete closeout packages can be prepared, so every comment and a change requested is tracked till implementation.

Historical data presented in side-by-side order of 3D model vs. site scanned data comparison, forms unarguable basis of contractors’ invoices payment.

We provide collected and analyzed progress control information in the end of each reporting period – normally a month.

By client’s request, we may supply updated progress monitoring information after every new site visit.
